Answer these honestly:

  • Are my thoughts helping me grow or holding me back?
  • Am I building confidence or weakening it?
  • Is my self-talk empowering or limiting me?

These answers reveal your current mindset.


What is Mind Rewiring?

When thoughts are repeated consistently, your brain forms patterns (neural pathways).

That is why:

  • Negative thinking becomes a habit
  • Positive thinking can also become a habit

You can train your mind by changing repeated thoughts.


21-Day Self-Talk Challenge

Daily Practice

  • Notice a negative thought
  • Interrupt it immediately
  • Replace it with a constructive statement

Examples:

  • “I can’t do this” → “I will learn this step by step”
  • “I am weak” → “I am improving every day”

Repeat this consistently for 21 days to build a new thinking pattern.


Be Careful Of

  • Negative influences
  • Social comparison
  • Old thinking habits

These can pull your mind back into negative patterns.
